Breakfast at Hôtel du Dragon is a celebration of taste and quality.

Every morning, Michelin-starred chef Thierry Schwartz delivers his pastries, breads and other creations. The hotel works with local artisans and producers to compose a buffet where freshness and authenticity take pride of place: golden breads and pastries, artisan jams, seasonal fruit, organic honey and yoghurts. A simple, generous moment, to be enjoyed in the bright breakfast room or on the terrace, in the quiet of the patio.

The buffet also offers a savoury selection with charcuterie, cheeses and eggs. Proud of its Alsatian roots, it showcases regional producers, including an authentic farmhouse Munster matured in the traditional way. You begin the day in a pleasant setting, with genuine flavours and particular care given to the quality and origin of our produce.
